This singer and band were part of the initial Grunge scene in Seattle, WA. But before the
release of their debut album, the singer died of a heroin overdose. The album did come out a
few months after. The singer was also a roommate of Chris Cornell of Soundgarden. The remaining
members of the band went on to other now famous bands from the area. Who was the singer and the band?
